The HVAC system utilized (2) 275-ton roof-mounted air-cooled chillers serving chilled water to central indoor air handling units located on each level. The parking garage was considered enclosed, so ventilation was provided. The electrical service is 4000A and provides power vertically via a bus duct system to stack electrical rooms for future tenants. The project team also worked with the local AHJ to provide government-mandated roadway lighting around the site and updated electrical services to surrounding existing spaces.
