13-story mixed-use high-rise office building and parking garage.
HVAC system utilized (2) 325-ton roof-mounted air-cooled chillers serving chilled water to central indoor air handling units located on each level. The parking garage (located on levels P1-P6) was considered enclosed, so ventilation was provided. Electrical service and requirements were coordinated with the local electrical service provider (CPS) to coordinate with site-mounted equipment and their clearances. The building contains a single 5000A electrical service that can sub-feed potential tenants on level 1. A 500 kW diesel-driven generator provides emergency power to stair pressure fans, elevators, fire pumps, and emergency lighting.
