VariSpace MEP

Vari is a dynamic concept that provides clients with Class A office space and amenities. VariSpace Las Colinas is a 300,000 SF renovation of the old Zales headquarters. The renovation added a coffee bar, amenities space, fitness, café area, and great outdoor areas. VariSpace Southlake was the next building and another large, abandoned building. This major renovation converted the existing building into all office space, added a coffee bar fitness room, and updated their cafeteria's large conference rooms. In Coppell, we helped Vari move their headquarters and provided more tenant space for their clients in this three-story, new construction building off Highway 121 and Freeport. VariSpace Coppell is Vari's first ground-up building; it showcases large floor plates served by DX Rooftop units with overhead power drops for modular furniture. The building is adjacent to a two-story parking garage to provide tenants with covered and surface parking. All the VariSpace buildings have a highly modular MEP design to allow businesses to flex and move offices, conference rooms, and soft seating with minimal to no MEP changes.
