8111 Westchester is a 200,000 square-foot, AA Class, LEED-certified office space in Dallas’ Preston Center. This nine-story office building features three stories of underground parking, two stories of elevated parking, and six stories of office space. The building features a 25-foot porte cochere motor court and connects via sliding glass doors to the lobby with 22 to 24-foot ceiling heights. Building amenities include a five-star-quality conference center and a private lounge. MEP scope included 830 tons of cooling tower on the roof, feeding self-contained units, and heat exchanger for smaller equipment. A 4000 amp electrical service and 600 KW generator power the building.
